Refund Policy's refund policy is as follows:

All payments made for products and services on are non-refundable upon payment, but substitution for another product of the same value could be allowed for the following scenarios:

1. Accidental purchase of incorrect purchase.
2. Duplicate payments for the same product.

Subject to submitting supporting documents, customers may request for a full refund in the following events:

1. Credit card was used fraudulently.
2. Purchase could not be used and had not been used due to reasons not arising from the customer e.g. quality issue of the product.

All refunds application are subjected to the Management's approval. All decisions are considered final.
